A demogr\u00e1fiai v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sok, az elv\u00e1ndorl\u00e1s \u00e9s az egyre sz\u00e9lesebb k\u00f6rben \u00e9rz\u00e9kelhet\u0151 szakemberhi\u00e1ny miatt a k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi munkaer\u0151 bevon\u00e1sa elker\u00fclhetetlenn\u00e9 v\u00e1lik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Az elm\u00falt \u00e9vekben siker\u00fclt jelent\u0151s tapasztalatokat szerezni k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 nemzetis\u00e9g\u0171 munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k integr\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1val kapcsolatban, legyen sz\u00f3 ukr\u00e1n, kirgiz vagy szerb kolleg\u00e1kr\u00f3l. Napjainkban azonban ez a k\u00e9rd\u00e9s k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen nagy figyelmet kap, hiszen a v\u00e1llalatok folyamatosan keresik a legjobb strat\u00e9gi\u00e1kat a hum\u00e1ner\u0151forr\u00e1s-optimaliz\u00e1l\u00e1s \u00e9s a versenyk\u00e9pess\u00e9g n\u00f6vel\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3k foglalkoztat\u00e1s\u00e1nak trendjei Magyarorsz\u00e1gon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B\u00e1r a magyar munkaer\u0151piac els\u0151sorban a hazai munkav\u00e1llal\u00f3kra t\u00e1maszkodik, az ut\u00f3bbi \u00e9vtizedben egyre n\u00f6vekv\u0151 ig\u00e9ny mutatkozott a k\u00fclf\u00f6ldi munkaer\u0151 ir\u00e1nt is.
